We had a very high-profile project and required some specific keg racking . The site was a challenge and it took many man hours to design, refine and complete. Jonathan at Multi-Flow couldn’t have been more helpful. Excellent customer service and great products – designed bespoke on some parts to our requirements.

 

This has ensured our site opened successfully on schedule and operationally effective. The keg racking is extremely useful and is well built and fit for purpose. I can also vouch for Multi Dispense Units as Diageo have used these within stadia in the UK previously.

‘We have had metered 6 out old style Multiple Dispense Units at the Football Club for around 15 years, we had the same type of MDU with the similar metered technology years earlier in other parts of the ground too. They were good overall but temperamental at times, relatively slower per individual pint and because they were metered, we had to use oversized pint to line glasses, giving away around 10% more beer each pint poured than a standard free flow pump.’

 

‘Carlsberg came to us with the idea to test out upgraded MDU’s from Multi-Flow Dispense, so we agreed. The new MDU’s are easy to use, pour 6 pints in a little over half the time of the old metered ones. The cellar equipment is much easier to maintain and use.’

We recently installed 6 of the Multi-Flow V6 MDU’s in the Principality Stadium Cardiff, with more being installed. The first units were installed in time for the Six Nations matches and performed flawlessly. The stadium staff and management were extremely pleased with the performance and ease of use of the units.

 

We decided to go with the Multi-Flow Dispense MDU unit for the following reasons:

 

• There are currently over 200 Multi-Flow V6 MDU units in stadiums or being used by event companies in addition to several National & Regional Brewers in the UK and EU with no recorded break downs.
• Strong feedback from other National brewer’s technical teams.
• All the individual components are plug and play so very easy to service and or repair.
• UK manufactured with a good back up of spares and service should it be needed.
• Installation is very engineer focused for ease of install, incorporating a simple free flow install technique.
• The dispense nozzle isn’t located at the base of the cup for Guinness during pour which has less effect on the condition of the head as it leaves the product.
• They use the standard Guinness nozzles that ensures correct product specifications.
• The unit price is considerably lower than competitor’s making the Multi-Flow MDU very cost effective for the return on investment
• The quality of build in stainless steel ensures longevity and is second to none.

 

Overall, the unit performs very well, easy to install and use, no complicated old fashioned metered installs or special training needed.

 

In my opinion, I am very satisfied with the unit and the support given by Multi-Flow Dispense Ltd.

The Multi-Flow Dispense V6 MDU unit has been a great product since it has been installed, dispensing multiple pints in one serve will always trump the traditional methods of disepnse in major draught – led events.

 

The unit enables staff member the ability to perform other tasks while the liquid is filling the cups which speeds up transaction times, reduces labour, and drives efficiency.
