Safety Racking

The cellar plays a vital part in maintaining drink quality before it reaches the customer. Cool temperatures, dry walls and floors alongside high spec equipment are all needed.

Cellar storage and safety

When increasing bar ranges and adding products, the cellar space can become limited. Safety in the cellar can also be jeopardised. With pumps fixed to the walls, kegs are either stacked vertically or positioned further away from pumps, making changing kegs more precarious, plus, larger sized kegs were introduced to reduce the need for changing kegs as often, becoming too large and unsafe to lift.

Large turnover events and busy venues are now faced with greater challenges

  • Safely Increase number of kegs in an existing space up to as much as 100%

  • Meeting health and safety – and adhering to regulations

  • Protecting equipment to ensure no fittings break creating a risk to sales

  • No more climbing over kegs to reach the fobs or keg lines
  • No more stacking or balancing of unsafe kegs on top of each other.

Introducing the Multi-Flow Dispense racking system

This is a UK manufactured, galvanised steel frame that can safely increase on-sale and off-sale storage capacity in any cellar by up to 100%.

Each rack can safely stack the kegs vertically below their own pumps/drop lines, allowing kegs to be changed without the need to move kegs until the end of the day or event. The system is available as either a fix to an existing wall or built into the centre to the room with the lines running along a wall or pump board.

  • Protects pump equipment and lines, dramatically reducing risk kegs falling

  • Built to ensure no weight can cause it to fall or tip in anyway

  • Can be bolted to the floor. Safety chains are added on the upper shelf for additional safety

  • Kegs can be front or back loaded depending on rack location
  • keg lines can reach each keg on both shelf and floor without moving the kegs once set in place
  • Racks can be a set size or modular bolting the next rack together to make a larger system.
